uba-ki-lab/data_quality_in_wastewater_surveillance
opencode:13749In this project, the data quality of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and laboratories is evaluated based on different data quality indicators. This can be used to rank WWTPs and laboratories and to select the most suitable ones for future probing. Pathogen data of SARS-Cov-2, Influenza A & B and RSV A, B & AB were evaluated, alongside with other parameters (e.g. water temperature, pH, inflow to the WWTPs).
Identity extends only as far as the published stable identifier or explicit mapping. Similar names are not merged. Missing links mean not observed in the bounded sources—not absent in reality.

Attributes are descriptive source fields. They do not create cross-dataset identity unless an edge states that join explicitly.
