Source-backed evidence graph

The public-sector AI system passport

See which public records can be linked reliably to an AI system—and where the evidence chain stops. Every edge retains its identifier, source and observation time.

  • stable source identifiers
  • every edge with evidence
  • no name matching
  • no generative AI

The decisive boundary

Linked means evidenced—not complete.

A system profile, award, repository or package is linked only when a source publishes the same exact identifier, an explicit URL or a declared relationship. Similar names stay separate.

Where the evidence chain continues—and where it stops

Every layer keeps its own denominator. No public link is an explicit evidence state, not proof that a relationship is absent.

Exact links and source-reported facts are shown separately. Empty layers remain visible.

Built to be linked, checked and reused

Download the public projection or cite the current observation. Individual dossiers retain the complete source path for every published claim.

Clearly explained

Does a link prove that a system is deployed?
No. Each edge proves only the relationship described by its source and join rule. Deployment, productive use or causality require their own evidence.
Why are most evidence layers empty?
Public sources currently publish few exact identifiers that continue into another technical dataset. The Systempass shows this gap instead of filling it through name similarity or assumptions.
How are records linked?
Only through allowlisted rules such as the same official identifier, an explicit source-declared URL or a source-declared relationship.
Does no public link mean no relationship exists?
No. It means no reliable relationship was observed in the bounded public sources. Unlinked is not absent.
Does the collector use generative AI?
No. Retrieval, normalization, joining, archiving and publication are deterministic and rule-based.

Need a defensible evidence graph for another public domain?

We build durable public-interest data products with stable identities, visible missing states and links that remain inspectable.
