Implementing act as promulgated in the Federal Law Gazette, signed on 22 July 2026. Article 1 is the AI market-surveillance and innovation-promotion act (KI-MIG): Section 2(1) designates the Federal Network Agency as the competent market-surveillance authority, Section 5 establishes the coordination and competence centre at the agency, and Section 6(1) makes it the single point of contact. Article 5 sets entry into force for the day after promulgation.
