The monitor follows a selected core corpus of 14 M/613 and high-risk-AI-Act work items: status, German participation windows, publication and the decisive citation in the EU Official Journal. It is not a complete JTC 21 register.

A draft, an approved standard, national adoption and an EU Official Journal citation are four different facts. The exact citation is a condition for the presumption of conformity under Article 40 for the requirements it covers.

Process path, not calendar chronology: M/613 supersedes M/593. Existing work items can therefore predate the current standardisation request.
