Official BNetzA page on how market surveillance of high-risk AI under Annex I and Annex III is allocated. When checked on 30 July 2026 it gave Annex III from 2 August 2026 and Annex I from 2 August 2027, the dates before Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. The applicable dates are 2 December 2027 for Annex III and 2 August 2028 for Annex I. On 26 September 2026 the page gives no application dates any more and still does not mention the KI-MIG, which has applied since 29 July 2026.
