DocuWare IDP wird zur automatisierten Verarbeitung und Trennung umfangreicher PDF-Stapel von Gewerbesteuerbescheiden eingesetzt. Ein speziell für die Stadt trainiertes KI-Modell in Kombination mit OCR erkennt Bescheidgrenzen und variable Inhaltsfelder. Die extrahierten Informationen werden als Metadaten an das Archivsystem übergeben.
