BotBucket
BotBucket ist die zentrale KI-Infrastrukturplattform der Stadt Ulm für Chatbot-Anwendungen. Über BotBucket laufen die städtischen Chatbots wie der „Ulmer Spatz“ (für ulm.de) und „Albert“ (für das Ratsinformationssystem). Die Plattform dient als technische Basis für alle dialogbasierten KI-Lösungen der Verwaltung. Sie ermöglicht durch moderne „Agentic AI“-Funktionen besonders natürliche und kontextbezogene Gespräche.
