Source description

Amends the AI Act. Under amended Article 113, the high-risk obligations in Chapter III Sections 1 to 3 apply from 2 December 2027 for Annex III systems and from 2 August 2028 for the Annex I product route. In force since the third day after publication on 24 July 2026.
