What you may use

All numbers, statistics and charts on the statistics pages are CC BY 4.0: quote, reuse and adapt them freely — commercially too. The only condition is attribution.

Methodology in brief

• AI Government Radar: projection of the official MaKI register (“Marktplatz der KI-Möglichkeiten”), not independent research. Counts published profiles — not an estimated full inventory.
• AI Price Index: input and output list prices blended 3:1, USD converted to EUR at the daily rate; subscription prices from the providers’ official German pricing pages.
• AI Crawler Monitor: daily robots.txt measurement of Germany’s top 1000 websites (CrUX panel), a subset additionally probed for server-side blocks.
• German AI Benchmark: private test set against contamination, scored by a cross-vendor panel of neutral judge models, name-blind, spot-checked by hand. Results published as a DOI dataset.
