Clearly explained

Does the monitor prove that a specific AI system was scrutinised by Parliament?
Only when an exact public identifier, official URL or explicit crosswalk connects the system to the procedure. Names, ministries and topic similarity are not sufficient.
Does no link mean that a system was not scrutinised?
No. It means only that no defensible system-to-procedure relationship was observed in the bounded evaluated sources.
Why are ‘answered’ and ‘exact answer pair’ different?
‘Answered’ is a published procedure status. A calculable duration additionally requires separate dated question and answer records with the same exact DIP procedure identifier.
Why do bundled question-and-answer positions have no duration?
A bundled position does not expose question and answer as two separate dated records. Even where additional positions exist, no duration is calculated without an exact separate relationship. Showing zero days would create false precision.
Is the cohort complete?
No. The monitor covers the declared AI cohort in completely retrieved DIP procedure states and the current public Systempass cohort. Related DIP positions are backfilled in bounded rotating batches; the dataset discloses their extent and coverage in machine-readable form. Other parliaments and unpublished procedures remain outside its coverage.
Does the monitor use generative AI?
No. Collection, classification, normalization, linking, archiving and rendering follow deterministic, versioned rules.
