Why Decentralize?

What This Means for German Companies
The decentralization of AI compute in the U.S. could be a model worth watching for Europe and Germany. While the NSF builds regional hubs, Germany lacks a comparable national strategy for widespread availability of research compute. German universities and mid-market companies could benefit from similar structures—through public investment or public-private partnerships.
